Policies
Catering Services are offered Monday-Friday, 6AM - 4PM.
We are closed on weekends and holidays. Events that are performed before or after our hours of operation are subject to services charges.
We request that orders for meals and meeting breaks be placed five (5) business days in advance in order to procure food and supplies and to schedule the service staff.
Beverage service requires a two (2) business day notice.
A guaranteed attendance number must be given two (2) full working days prior to the event.
If no guarantee is given, the original attendance will become the guarantee or the number of attendees, whichever is greater.
There is a $24.00 per hour service fee for each server/attendant for any services provided before or after our normal hours of operation.
There is a $20.00 per event charge for catering under $100.00 at all off-site building locations. Those locations include State Farm Park, Flex I, Flex II and Trail.
Sales tax for food and beverage orders is 10.75%
When all food is not provided by Eurest Dining Services, there is a $19.00 per table skirting fee.
